Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani woman born of an Russian father and mother who is a Hindu Indian mother. Mahendru is fluent with German Russian and English and also speaks French Persian and Hindi. The parents of Annet Mahendru are Russian and Indian. She choreographed an 11-year old show that led to her being an appearance on German TV show appearance as an Russian Snow Maiden. She transforms into an energetic Indian dancer. When she graduated of New York's top High School, she was awarded her bachelor's degree in English degree at St. John's University. In her high school years, she took classes in acting at HB but left for improv in Groundlings School. She then performed in a variety of comedy roles. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and Russian-speaking mom Olga. Her father moved her to New York at the age of thirteen and a half years old. She is a part of FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Her role on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is one of her best television appearance. Her other roles included recurring ones on Fox's The Following as well as the NBC show The Blacklist.
